Track a transfer in progress

You can track your taxi’s whereabouts at any time:

–  Access the MY TRANSFERS tab by entering your booking reference and the email address provided upon booking. You’ll be able to see your vehicle’s arrival time, make and colour. If you chose a shared taxi, you’ll also be able to check the order in which passengers will be collected.

–  Access the MY ACCOUNT tab by entering your email address and password. You’ll be able to see your transfer details and check your vehicle’s arrival time, make and colour. If you chose a shared taxi, you’ll also be able to check the order in which passengers will be collected.

Activate a transfer from the airport / station

Before activating your transfer from an airport, please ensure you have collected your bags and know what terminal you are flying into.

You can then activate your G7 Sharing transfer and your taxi will arrive within 10 (private) to 30 (shared) minutes.

You will receive 2 successive text messages informing you of your exact pick-up spot as well as the type of taxi to look out for (car model).

To activate your transfer, please ensure you have your G7 Sharing reference number and activate:

  • Via the www.g7partage.com/en/ website : log in to the MY TRANSFERS tab. Enter your booking reference and the email address provided upon booking. Simply click on the ACTIVATE YOUR TRANSFER button and your taxi will be with you shortly.
  • If you have an account, log on to the www.g7partage.com/en/ website and find your transfer in the MY TRANSFERS area. Simply activate your transfer by clicking the ACTIVATE YOUR TRANSFER button and go to the pick-up point for your terminal (check your airport’s section).

Change / Cancel a G7 Sharing order

Reminder of change/cancellation conditions:

CHANGE

  • For transfers from Paris to the airport/station: You can change your order up to 2 hours prior to the start of your pick-up time slot.
  • For transfers from the airport/station to Paris: You can change your booking up to midnight on the day following your flight’s expected arrival date (handy in the event of delays).To change your booking, log on to the www.g7partage.com/en/ website, entering your email address and booking reference in the top right-hand corner of the website. This will bring up detailed information on your booking and allow you to make changes.You can also make changes to your transfer over the phone by calling one of our advisers free of charge on +33(0)1 41 27 77 93 (24/7). 

    CANCEL

  •  For transfers from Paris to the airport: You can cancel your booking up to 2 hours prior to the pre-agreed pick-up time. You will receive a full refund.
  • For transfers from the airport to Paris: If you have signed up for the cancellation add-on, you can cancel up to midnight on the day following your flight’s expected arrival date (handy if your flight is delayed). You will receive a full refund, where applicable.To cancel your booking, log on to the www.g7partage.com/en/ website, entering your email address and booking reference in the top right-hand corner of the website. This will bring up detailed information on your booking and allow you to cancel as long as you meet the aforementioned conditions.You can also cancel your transfer over the phone by calling one of our advisers free of charge on +33(0)1 41 27 77 93 (24/7).

Please note that changes/cancellations made in writing (email, fax, letter) will not be taken into account.

Travel with Kids / Babies

You can use G7 Sharing to travel with kids aged 0 to 10.

In a shared taxi:

  • If you are travelling with a child aged 3 to 10, you must specify that you are doing so, and you will have the option to book a booster seat for the journey.
  • Our cars do not come with baby seats. Your baby can travel on your lap (in accordance with legislation in force for Parisian taxis). In this case, you do not have to include your baby in your passenger numbers.

We are unfortunately unable to accept baby seats in shared taxis due to the size of the seats.

In a private taxi:

    • If you are travelling with a child aged 3 to 10, our private Van taxis come with booster seats. You must include your child in your passenger numbers.
    • Our cars do not come with baby seats. Your baby can travel on your lap (in accordance with legislation in force for Parisian taxis). In this case, you do not have to include your baby in your passenger numbers.

You may use your own baby seat in our private taxis

Travel with luggage

You can use G7 Sharing to travel with luggage.

  • In a shared taxi: the flat rate includes two pieces of cabin baggage OR one piece of hold baggage and one piece of hand luggage (handbag/laptop bag).
    Luggage trunk must not exceed 70x50x20cm.For your own comfort and that of other passengers, please do not bring more luggage than specified upon booking. If you bring more luggage than specified upon booking, the driver reserves the right to refuse pick-up.
  • In a private taxi: choose your vehicle based on the type of luggage you have to ensure your car suits your needs.

Request an invoice

You will receive your transfer invoice by email 2 hours following completion of your transfer. In the event of a return journey, you will be sent a single invoice at the end of your return journey.

To find a G7 Sharing invoice, log on to the www.g7partage.com/en/ site and enter your email address and G7 Sharing reference number in the “Manage your orders” tab. This will bring up detailed information on your order, giving you the option to download your invoice.

If you don’t have your G7 Sharing reference number to hand, you can request it be re-sent to your inbox by clicking ‘Lost reference numbers’.
