I haven't received an invoice. How can I request one?

You will receive an invoice 48 hours after your last service has been provided.

If you still haven’t received your invoice, you can check it at any time at www.G7 Sharing.com. Simply enter the email address provided upon booking and your booking reference in the section in the top right-hand corner of the site. This will bring up detailed information on your order and invoice.

I haven't been refunded for my transfer. Who do I contact?

Refunds are completed in under 2 working days, allowing extra time for your bank’s processing times.
If you are experiencing difficulties in being refunded for your transfer, please contact us at [email protected] An adviser will get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I change my transfer?

Yes. Conditions for making changes vary depending on your transfer.

 

For transfers from Paris to the airport/station: You can change your order up to 2 hours prior to the start of your pick-up time slot.

 

For transfers from the airport/station to Paris: You can change your booking up to midnight on the day following your flight’s expected arrival date (handy in the event of delays).

To change your booking, log on to the www.g7partage.com/en/ website, entering your email address and booking reference in the top right-hand corner of the website. This will bring up detailed information on your booking and allow you to make changes.

You can also make changes to your transfer over the phone by calling one of our advisers free of charge on +33(0)1 41 27 77 93 (24/7).

 

If you’d like to make changes to your add-ons and the total price of the transfer increases, simply pay the difference. If changing the add-ons results in a lower transfer price, G7 Sharing will refund the difference in less than 72 hours.

 

Please note: if you’d like to change your taxi type, such as switching from a private taxi to a shared taxi, your initial payment will be refunded and you will be required to make a new payment.

How long do I have to cancel by transfer?

For transfers from Paris to the airport: You can cancel your booking up to 2 hours prior to the pre-agreed pick-up time. You will receive a full refund.

 

For transfers from the airport to Paris: If you have signed up for the cancellation add-on, you can cancel up to midnight on the day following your flight’s expected arrival date (handy if your flight is delayed). You will receive a full refund, where applicable.

For transfers from Paris to the airport: If you have signed up for the cancellation option, you may cancel your booking up to 40 hours prior to the start of your pick-up time slot. You will receive a full refund, where applicable.

Can I request a refund if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

If your flight is delayed or cancelled you may be refunded according to the cancellation conditions outlined below.

 

For transfers from Paris to the station/airport: if your flight is cancelled, you can cancel your booking up to 2 hours prior to your pick-up time. You will receive a full refund.
If you have signed up for the cancellation option, you may cancel your booking up to 40 minutes prior to the start of your pick-up time slot. You will receive a full refund, where applicable.

 

For transfers from the station/airport to Paris: you can cancel your booking up to midnight on the day following your initial flight arrival date. You will receive a full refund, where applicable.
